Heavy reliance on agriculture and IT software servicing has brought India to this point. Certainly this next couple of years will see a shock to both sectors.

They do still have one major export left that they can and will fall back on - Indians.

I hear such funny takes since AI came into being (mostly hopium and copium) Meanwhile Indian IT firms are signing billion dollar deals left and right. For TCS alone this year they signed $1B with Porsche, $800 million with SKF, $600 mil with Tryg Norway. This is one firm then there is Wipro, HCL, Infosys et al who signed multibillion dollar deals.
