India already manufactures this. From the perspective of the Indian chemical industry, resin/additive localisation is another level deeper.

They told the White men to go into blue collar industries lmao so they can import these guys who will follow the script to a T because they’re quite the bootlickers. They’ve kissed a*s throughout history just to survive like my main man Nixon once said.

All the brave, outstanding people get to drive taxis and monopolise the sexy blue collar jobs, while we poor, spineless, bootlicking Indians are stuck with higher paying IT and other white collar jobs. Poor us, we even get to send the jobs back to India. What to do? Hope our situation improves.

India is already manufacturing a wide array of chemicals which find applications in both the solar and battery industries. Most of them (like EVA, glass, fluorochemicals etc) were being manufactured for other industries but now find application here. A good chunk of them are in Gujarat, which would also be the ideal place to manufacture solar and battery goods.
