These older nodes will helps us climbing the very basic consumer electronics and server value chain and 28nm will help in EV / H-fuel cell expansion.

One is $8 billion tower semiconductor, what about the other one? Looks like it would be even bigger project since Tower is interested in 65nm and 40nm nodes and a 28nm node fab would cost more.
