Neither Pakistan nor India are in position for prolonged conflict as the end result will be one side, depending how the conflict is shaping, start lunching nuclear strike with MAD as a certainty.

The problem arise when PAF responded, it responded with full on no hold barred attitude, right from the word go, thats while the GHQ lot were trying wheeling deal with Trump admin to look out for off ramp, eventually had to do bear minimum by firing some battlefield Fatah rockets, while Indian army was attacking with their cruise missiles.

Its very obvious army command didn't want any escalation, while PAF had no such ideas.

We are post conflict now and its time to look at the shortcomings. And when those are highlighted, the usual suspects will show up to bootlick their mai baap in GHQ, obviously due to their political affiliations. "we" "hum" "they" "us" means jack, when vested interests are taking political mileage out of this conflict. One made himself "field marshal" while doing F'all, while PAF left scratching its head... really?

You conveniently referred to army song, without realising, that like in many conflict of the past, in this conflict as well, overwhelming majority of Shaheeds came from "bloody" civilians. The "we" without the number one stake holder of this country, its civilians, means nothing.

Honestly, this "60-0" was a stupid statement to make. I don't understand who wrote this speech and told him this was clever.

If there is a need to threaten Delhi, and I certainly think there is since their national psyche seems to be centred on media circuses, bluster and bravado, why not threaten them at least semi-realistically so they sit up and take notice? E.g. "we will blow up your terrorist infrastructure, including but not limited to, your dams".

There is no doubt our air force is making the best use of resources and we have genius strategists in our forces. However, making claims like 60-0 is a bit unrealistic and sounds cinematic.

I think the glory and grace are in staying humble and in thanking Allah for bestowing us with victory.

We are so used to listening to this hyperbole, after 2019 we were told PAF could have downed 13 more but we showed restraint after shooting down just 2, so they came back in 2025 and again we were told that we could have shot down 30 but we showed restraint after shooting down only 6. Next time the enemy will start by surprise missile attacks on air bases. Men in uniform who show restraint to the aggressor are either cowards or traitors.

Why not break the enemy's back so they never come back instead of missing the GOD given opportunity and resorting to empty threats for the next time> When you use the word "next time" that means your last time did not teach the enemy any lesson.

War fighting mentality should be, "this is the last time you made the mistake, now you die" not that I'll go easy on you this time but I'll do such and such next time.

Strong words but reflect the feelings of nation.
