The weapons literally came via Iran, Armenia is landlocked and Georgia doesn't permit Russian flights over its airspace. Russians supplied weapons via trains and Roads and airspace via Iran.

The only evidence of Iran being involved in this Armenia/ Azher bhaija stupidity is allowing small weapon shipments from India via its territory years after the war was over.
