@Guru Dutt aap gaye ho idhar ?

I went, bhot saal pehle, interesting place.. ITO ke paas hai shayad.. very interesting place, and zabardast momos and beer rooftops pe chotte chotte tibetan dhabas pe.. mast scene.
well in 1990s it was a place to get chilled beer in bar with great chinese food at almost 1/4 the price

abhi tak yaad hai chilli pareen 25 ka aur chilli chicken 60 ka aur hakka noodle for 35 and chilled kalyani or kingfisher for 50 rupees

no issue of dry day i was owr fav suday spot ... went there some two years back a month before c19 to meet some person at kashmiri gate bus terminal so went there with him to get some hot soup but was too much commercialised since then

Ok then, here we go again. A thread to showcase India to anyone who may be interested in traveling here. I'll be posting pics, videos (both in English as well as in Hindi) and articles from a variety of sources. The idea is to showcase all of India, the good and the bad, the 'string budget' stuff, the luxury leisure stuff, and everything in between.

The islands and atolls of Lakshadweep. The name literally translates to '100000 (laksha) islands (dweep)'

Would love to do that, but India simply refuses visas to those who were born in Pakistan no matter what current nationality is held. Sad but true.

I've known of Pak folks who traveled here, but that was a very long time ago.

Canadian citizen/passport holder Abrar ko mil gaya tha, but..

maybe because he's kinda famous ?

also, probably very difficult if you happen to have a military background.. fir toh bhool hi jao :p

Almost impossible after that little adventure in Mumbai. I could have a few strings pulled to make it possible, but probably not worth the other risks posed. I will have to keep that dream in check for now, it seems.

But there was this Pakistani youtuber Abrar I think his name is, who travelled to India and made almost daily Vlogs. He went into Pakistan through Wagah border, and he didn't have any issues in his travel. Then there is also Uzair Younis the economist, who came to India few years back.

How come they got the visas? Are you saying even if you have some US visa or UK visa, you can't get visa to India?

Mark Wells, chief of design at Royal Enfield, tearing it up at the Madras Race Track on the new Himalayan 452.

That looks like a KTM RC390 just ahead of him.

There are certain backchannels that need to be used for such visas which is something I would like to avoid.
