Seems Zoravar is now getting delayed.... utter nonsense by an Indian army that when the light tank has passed all the trials they came up demanding additional protection layers for tank and that too without compromising on the weight of the tank....

I agree the need of additional protection layers but then why it wasn't properly submitted by them to DRDO in the beginning itself when this light tank was being considered and was getting designed?

Our army and airforce have this unacceptable habit of delaying each and every project by coming up with last minute demands....

Light Tank as a product makes no sense. An IFV can do the same job.
