There are plenty in Pakistan, especially in Punjab, who think IWT was unfair to Pakistan.
But the Indus Water Treaty is one example of where Pakistan and India can be proud of as that has survived so many crises for 60+ years. It was a great achievement. You signed off on that as did Pakistan. Don't revisit that because that would be disturbing a hornets' nest. And also Indians have shown remarkable capability to make the deserts in Rajasthan to be arable. Work on creative models like that.
