Allegedly there have been reports of Indian navy vessels drilling in the arabian sea as well, but this is yet to be confirmed.

It's not one day project, and we are not hopping to block all the water going to Pakistan. Once we are out of iwt there are no restrictions on the height of dam being built, how many are built, where they are built, how much water from the rivers is being utilised or diverted using canals.

Even if there is less water flowing to Pakistan,you will now realise the change as it will be slow and gradual and you guys will get used to it.

You seem to be the spokesperson for India governance. Are you sitting at the table of "decision making"? Pray do tell me this water you guys are going to restrict - where does it come from?
