Another voice saying India will not start a full scale war. Others have been saying that India will keep up the pressure for a long time on Pakistan to keep it off balance.

IMHO, this should finally be a wake up call for the Pakistan Army that business as usually, which they facilitate, can’t continue. Pakistan has been squandering its space to maneuver by wasting its resources/opportunities. Spending or distributing them for small scale leverage, when if husbanded correctly can build the kind of leverage that will help regain some parity with India in economics and diplomacy.
