Violence was down to barely a trickle, tourism was up, the local economy had been on an upswing for a good period of time. These are all facts.

This isn't the 90s anymore.

Why did the Kashmiris attack? Clearly they feel left out. You guys are importing Hindu pandits into Kashmir. There is going to be a backlash.

They are treated as 2nd class citizens. Of course I am deeply concerned.
