China is currently not facing a hot war. So China could simply loan tons of hardware to Pakistan in case of escalating tensions with India and figure out the payments later; unused hardware could be returned when there is normalcy. It would be chump change for China as a price to seriously cripple India.
And the supply routes from China to Pakistan are short!

Before blaming Pakistan, India and Indians should question their own vaunted security forces and intelligence agencies.

There is no convincing people who think that the so-called 'surgical strike' in 2016 was a smashing success, who think that Indian missiles destroyed a 'training camp with 300 terrorists in Balakot' in 2019, and who think India really shot down a Pakistani F-16 in 2019. Point 1. if someone says - it's a false Flag operation if people losss the life in any country, 99% times - no one will buy the story. Only one possible, if someone having solid evidence to proof it.

2nd - india is saying - terrorism is linked with Pakistan. Now question comes if others believe or not.

For an example - even your minister said the same about false flag operation
- he said india did false flag operation
- she asked the same about evidence
- what is evidence, again, she asked.
- he was trying to talk about Modii
- she denied, again asked to him, about evidence.
- he turned out and he said that india not given evidence that Pakistan involved, - - again, she third time's asked.
