It all depends on who is representing it - some of the more elite troops on their side and those with more regular deployments can fight but are nowhere as battle hardened. However, Pak troops aren’t without their own bumbles but are less likely to get jitters because they have had bullets fly by them more frequently.

I would not underestimate nor overestimate Indian fighting ability. Their morale is directly linked to overwhelming constant victory.

After all - they don’t like to fight until the battle has already been won like all well led militaries should. Unfortunately their calculus on that has been off on the estimates as to what it takes everytime other than EP in 71.

On the other hand - I have yet to see much proof of any “sun tzu” or “guderian” in any PA strategy or rather successful execution of it.
