Do you expect impartiality from the Brits?
It's not the white Brits though. Their malevolence towards Pakistan has reduced over time. It isn't like it was back in the 20th Century. They have largely accepted diversity of colour and faith (apart from a few nutjobs of course).
It is the 2nd, 3rd gen Indians who place loyalty to India to such a high degree that they will seek out and target a Pakistani origin cricketer playing for England.

Do you think these proud British Indians have diminished their hatred for Pakistan in that time, or exacerbated it?
In the sphere of mass media, the ramifications of this should not be underplayed, and moreover, the analysis should be focused.
The white English, as a societal group, do not pose any threat to law abiding Pakistanis of any generation.
This is NOT the case with the Indian diaspora in western nations. They do not tolerate the very existence and creation of Pakistan, as the prevailing saffronist zeitgeist is that which defines Pakistan as a "mistake", blaming everyone from Nehru to Muslim League to Mountbatten's wife for the "mistake".
The distinction should be made. The obsession was made crystal clear when they effortlessly called for the starvation of millions of people as some form of "just solution".
