Indian Missiles and Guided Munitions

For serious members questioning my reasoning for posting the above, recall what the Indians say about JF17s and our own missile programmes.

We are simply responding in kind. Causing them a nuisance.
Unless you live under rocks , every one and their aunt knows that Brahmos is a JV b/w india and russia and the base of Brahmos is : P 800.

Some education

Where and how different versions of Brahmos are designed and built for over a decade

Remember this is a nation that sends satalites into space into space for decades on Indian rockets

These Indians have millions graduating in engineering and science each year.. India is a tech giant now

Russian rockets TOT with Indian names. I mean they can send rockets to moon but cant develop jet engines?

Well this is a hypersonic missile. Different class of missile from the Brahmos 1.

Brahmos 2 is a seperate project that is progressing in parallel. Brahmos 2 will likely be based on the hypersonic Zircon (mach 5-9). Brahmos 1 is based on the subsonic Oniks.

The ramjet and propulsion on ET LDHCM is Indian, apart from some electronic components it's entirely domestic. It was successfully tested this may.

@PakSword

A 2021 NASSCOM study found that only 1.5% of Indian engineers can write functionally correct code.

Well with just 1.5% capable engineers, Indian code coolies are exporting USD 200 bn IT services. They are displacing white workers enmasse in USA as @r3alist bro and @Meengla sb keep lamenting. What if that % bumped up to 15% from 1.5%.

Regards
That figure will keep on increasing. I know two peers one of them in an IIT and another in an NIT. One got 26L package with Morgan Stanley and other 62L package with Oracle via campus placements this year.
And they were never brilliant or top of the class students.

Thats like saying, the JF17 is based on FC1 but its 100% pakistani. Blind patriotism has made indians into pathological liars.

Mach 8
Multi platform ir ships subs air launched and land based

This could be here by 20300 in mass production to take over the huge Brahmos inventory

Its almost impossible to defend these weapons
Will be inducted only by 2035. Our Hypersonic Glide Vehicle is already under testing and to be inducted by Navy soon.

Many reasons to create succession - but primary is that the current system's effectiveness becomes questionable in future conflicts due to various operational parameters.
I heard that they INS became very easy to jam and diverted from designated target.

Who cares what it's based on
It's built in India by Indians
Did you ask where they came from. When they entire 11 of you 16 air bases .
Oh they are based on Russian technology...
They are lethal already you can't stop them

The thread is about the next generation version of Brahmos
Twice as fast three times the range and stealthy .
They can devastated an entire military on their own

What Russian missile will they paint this time?

Many countries build on foreign technology—China has systems influenced by Russian designs, and Pakistan uses similar platforms. Yet there is pride in aircraft like the JF-17, which relies heavily on china which developed the aircraft.

By the same logic, India has every reason to be proud of BrahMos. Although developed with Russian collaboration, India has indigenized critical components such as seekers, engines, and major subsystems, many of which are now manufactured domestically. Indigenous capability is about technology absorption and replacement—not isolation.

Tech giant compared to who? Afghanistan? Painting Russian missiles doesn’t make you a tech giant. You have been trying to produce the LCA Tejas for 4 decades plus, and still uncertain what its future is.

The Indian space program is a credible program that Indians should feel proud about but the Indian military tech is seriously underwhelming.
Space program is a success due to unfettered access to western and Russian space and missile technology.

Whereas Pak cannot even buy a ring magnet without it being sanctioned due to potential dual use…
