any further details on LRLACM ?
Tests with Russian engine were successful. Now we have tested it successfully with indigenous Manik engine for LRLACM in 2024. series production engiens already ordered and delivered.any further details on LRLACM ?
Cope ?This should be in the relevant thread.
It's a follow on from the failed nirbay CM. They're still "developing" it, no operational cruise missile.
Oh hello,This should be in the relevant thread.

Pakistan developed and deployed two main types of cruise missile for over 20 years now, not sure what point you're trying to make.Oh hello,
Nirbhay failed? LR-LACM exists precisely because India retained and matured the critical technologies instead of abandoning the programme. Airframe, guidance, seekers, mission computer and now the indigenous Manik small turbofan engine India is building the entire ecosystem.
By the way, did Pakistan ever fully operationalise Raad on its intended platforms? Weren't there persistent integration issues with the JF-17, including pylon/ground clearance complications, leaving the ageing Mirage III/V as the practical carrier? Even after years of Raad-2 announcements, where's the evidence of widespread operational deployment?
It's a bit rich to mock a missile still in development when your own ALCM programme has struggled with platform integration. India is atleast developing indigenous propulsion and avionics. Pakistan's own Raad programme still has unanswered questions about full operational deployment. For years, Pakistan has had to rely on foreign help for several key technologies and integration work.
India, on the other hand, has spent years building the difficult stuff at home: engines, seekers, guidance systems and missile electronics. That's exactly why projects like LRLACM are possible.
Wait until Raad is fully proven across all its intended platforms before declaring LRLACM dead. Building these technologies yourself is a lot harder than making fun of someone else's development programme.

I wonder why indegenous pakistani cruise missiles never used in OP sindhoor? if it had it operational, It could have safely launched it far away from S400 reach. I belive Raad has a range of 600KM( as Chatgpt says)it could have easily made a huge impactPakistan developed and deployed two main types of cruise missile for over 20 years now, not sure what point you're trying to make.
Yes, you should keep thinking there's issues with deploying Raad or Taimor.

I never made any comparison with Pakistan's cruise missiles, because there is no comparison, you don't have an operational CM whereas Pakistan has for over 20 years.
How am I mocking you if you've just confirmed you're still "developing" a cruise missile? that's exactly what I said.
BrahMos is a lot more than "just a supersonic cruise missile." You clearly have no idea how many upgrades it has received over the years in terms of range, guidance, accuracy and operational flexibility. And that's just what's publicly known.Isn't Brahamos considered a supersonic Cruise missile ?
