I would say, if a city has metro train, for example, then it is supposed to be the city where a NRI may plan to settle down, when come back
Here, I have read there are nearly 100 cities in India where we find metro trains. Talking about only Bangalore is not enough

I know this is an old post but it reminded me what my Indian friends told me what goes on in upper class Indian schools.

You would be surprised.

Same thing happens in Pakistan.

Any NRI returning to India would be in the upper echelons of society and their kids would be going to these schools and growing up in this culture.

When I was recent Permanent Resident of Australia, I was strongly advised to admit your kids in Muslim school, who were really good before recession 2008
We don't find Indian school in Western countries. Overall, Muslim used to lead "Blacks", which was including Russians and Germans also. The term Blacks has only Muslim leadership, and we find Muslim schools for Black's families

I find Lucknow's metro trains are of good standard. And I find Allahabad's metro train would also be bringing Allahabad in the list of cities of world, hopefully by next year.....
If we see cities like Allahabad, Kanpur, Indore, Bhopal etc, where Metro train progress is good, these cities are also having good infrastructure - living standard.
Talking about Bangalore only for NRIs is lack of information

In India, it's culture is very different than western countries. You are very discipline in missionary school also in cities of India.
In opposite to Western countries, it's almost impossible to see kids loosing character in Indian schools.

Honor of girls of wealthy families is of high price..... We may think for good marriage only. Casual sex like western countries is seems impossible in Indian major schools, including missionary schools

You can thank N Sreedharan who created a structure for Metros that can be sourced from private and international players. Else these babus would have made public toilets out of metro stations with outdated trains too.
