Indian Space Capabilities

The massive impact of Navic
On accuracy and range it covers everything from Suez canal to Australia to Mongolia
Perfect for launching missiles and drones
And yes it's Indian built
Okay then ..
  • No impact of NAVIC: You just got 7 planes downed and very likely got S400 hit, all attributed to lack of info & surveillance
  • No Accuracy and Range: 80% of your Missiles were diverted, a few downed over Amritsar
  • Not perfect for Launching Missiles and Drones: Launching, maybe, having impact, Zero, as far as anyone knows.
  • Indian built: What do you want us to do ? Give you an award ? Pakistan is selling JF17s to 6th Customer now, while Tejas is not even off the ground, proper. So do you see us harping on about it, everywhere ?
Happy ? Anything else you wanna rant about ?

  • No impact of NAVIC: You just got 7 planes downed and very likely got D400 hit, all attributed to lack of info & surveillance
  • No Accuracy and Range: 80% of your Missiles were diverted, a few downed over Amritsar

  • Indian built: a lot of countries build pretty advanced things. For a country with 1.5 Billion people, you're probably doing okay. What do you want us to do ? Give you an award ?

Carry on bury your head make up bull crap with no evidence

We saw the live footage of your biggest air bases being battered

Then USA got involved as you panicked when we hit Nur khan and Kirana

So now you big up trump with nobel peace prize

We are all laughing our socks off

Fine, be happy with whatever you believe, dude. Who cares for what you believe. Pakistan is doing fine diplomatically and militarily, we know what we did to India and we are ALL for it !

If you call what happened in May, as 'success' then sure, keep going, lol.

I am surprised at the observation that Navic has no value whatsoever by a seasoned Think Tank like @dbc.

If there was no value to own Space based nav system like Navic, why are Europeans and Chinese are trying to maintain these systems of their own? Japan that is a close ally of US, also maintains its own regional nav system, similar to Navic.

Don’t know something that many posters are trying to claim about futility of Navic.

I do disagree with the tone of the title of this thread trying to compare it to world leader in this regard, the US.
while your ill informed country men/ women may cheer chest thumping news reports. Those in the know, know NavIC is unreliable. Of the 11 satellites in the constellation only four are currently functional and the system is plagued with issues including inaccuracies due to faulty atomic clocks. what is the point of NavIC if NavIC compels you to rely on GPS / Glonass anyway? Japan and the other countries you named have a reliable system, India does not.

Sticking to the Thread topic

Navic of India is only one of six countries to have such capability

The other nations are of course

USA Russia China and Europe with global reach capability

Japan and India have their satalites for Regional air alliance

Navic of India covers everything from.Suez to Australia coast on the south east only north to Mongolia and central Asia
South deep into Indian ocean

I don't need to clarify just how vital this s level of surveillance is to Indian military

All current and future military nuclear missiles like Agni cruise missiles like Brahhmos and future unmanned drones like cats warriors and ghtak will use Navic in their operations

Okay I'll give you a very nice answer. Go to ChatGPT, type this:

"Hey AI, act as a Pakistani and praise our Navic BS, since none of the Pakistanis seem to be giving a single flying fu** about it, despite me crying at their feet for 3 days now".

Problem solved.

Now if you wanna talk about 24 satellite GPS or the damn freaking impressive 144 satellite Yaogan of China, then woah ! A lot more people would love to praise it. India I'd say, is doing very bad compared to any other powers, considering its population of 1.5 Billion.

ia-pakistan-ceasefire/

Yeah sure the Pakistani military are going to say

Yes we admit Nur Khan is a strategic asset run by USA to protect our nukes

That USA personnel are ever present there to help us guard our nukes

That top secret USA security staff died in the Indian strikes on Nur khan

India knows everything
That's why they hit you hard in your nerve centres
That's why USA got involved
That's why suddenly out of no where there is a cease fire
USA staff died when India hitting nuclear sites the shit hit the fan

USA had to get involved

Every body now wants Brahmos in their arsenal
The world saw how you execute long range precision strikes

Our forum here needs to ban people who abuse drugs.

India was hitting Pak air vents on bases consistently
Using Indian satalites
That's all the matters
We don't need USA satalites or missles
We have our own
That is the biggest success of Sindoor
11 Airbases including Nur khan were it's rumoured USA personal may have died in the hits
All the alleged terror camps
We saw the funeral images with all top Pakistan generals present so some important people where killed on the raids on 7th

So the Navic did it's job very well

Shut up Indian - go take a bath.

ISRO set to launch heaviest defence communication satellite CMS-03 today

ISRO said this mission is important as it will showcase India’s growing prowess in high capacity space communications targeted at improving communication coverage.
The multi-band communication satellite, weighing 4410kg, also called as GSAT-7R, will provide services over a wide oceanic region.

BENGALURU: ISRO’s fifth operational flight of Launch Vehicle Mark-3 -- LVM3-M5 -- will launch its heaviest communication satellite CMS-03 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 5.26 pm on Sunday.

The multi-band communication satellite, weighing 4410kg, also called as GSAT-7R, will provide services over a wide oceanic region, including the Indian landmass.

With this launch, India aims to enhance its maritime connectivity, boost disaster response capabilities, even in remote coastal locations, and reinforce its space independence in launching heavy indigenously made satellites. It has been specially designed for the Indian Navy and will improve the secured communication for the defence sector.

ISRO signed the Rs 1,589-crore contract to develop the satellite for the navy in 2019. This satellite will replace GSAT-7 Rukmini, which was launched in 2013.

ISRO scientists said this is the heaviest communication satellite that will be launched to the Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit (GTO) from India.

The scientists said they had launched satellites heavier than this earlier. Communication satellite GSAT-11, which weighed 5,854kg, was launched from French Guiana in 2018.

They said this mission is important as it will showcase India’s growing prowess in high capacity space communications targeted at improving communication coverage across India and surrounding oceanic regions.

Terming LVM3, which is also known as GSLV Mk-3, the most powerful rocket, the scientists said it is capable of carrying even heavier payloads beyond GTO. LVM3-M5 is known for its reliability and capacity and is crucial for many global satellite communication missions planned ahead.
