Indian wants to save money to stay at thai temple

i have seen many backpackers use those cheapo hostels for staying nights in these countries in the region. Those are not expensive at all.

Why does this guy not want a proper bed? Does he have any self-respect?
Now the whole world seen him make a fool of himself and his nationality by how he behaved

400 baht is basically peanuts, you would struggle to find a decent hotel room for that much even in Pakistan.

Bro literally was travelling on a "shoestring" budget. 🤣

Instead of wasting money on overpriced hotels, he could have saved his budget for traveling, or even tried his luck at an Fast Payout Casinos https://ictir2016.org/ while relaxing in the evening.
I completely see your frustration with this kind of behavior. A lot of modern travel vloggers deliberately choose extreme conditions or act weirdly just to get more views, clicks, and drama on social media. They think that showing 'extreme poverty' or sleeping on the streets makes their journey look more authentic, but in reality, it just looks disrespectful and trashy. It’s sad because it creates a really bad stereotype for other tourists from the same nationality who actually behave properly.
