Bro, difference between PLAN and IN is pace of construction, China is rolling out almost 8-12 capital ships of different rage, size and roll, whereas IN is inducting 1-2 capital ships and reallocating sailors are easy for IN than PLAN.

Further, Navy is going get SSK, SSBN, SSNs after 2030 onwards i.e., 4-5 years from now and already IN is training its sailors on already inducted ships & subs. In addition to that IN will send mariners to Germany & Russia for training for 214s & leased SSN and induction pace will be also at 2-3 subs annually so I don't think manpower issues will there by that time.

China has 50-60 conventional submarines where a lot of sailors can now operate the nuclear submarines instead.

China's new nuclear submarines are also highly automated that requires far less crew personnel than the traditional nuclear submarines.

Only China possesses the competence, and the modern Japanese have become highly incompetent just like their western masters.

Bro, you cannot compare the efficiency of the IN to the PLAN.

According to the current rate of capital ships construction, the PLAN is going to surpass the USN within 5-10 years in every capital ships except the supercarriers.

When China is training its personnel, it is also by far more efficient than India.

The 57 aerial battle of last year has proved that Pakistan is capable of keep India in check.

& the latest induction after 2 decades is just an old kilo design with a noisy AIP. The structural & performance limit still persist. Sensor suit are a generation behind, noise levels worse than an improved kilo.

Yeah, that's why Indian Navy is desperately trying to acquire more and more anti-submarine warfare equipment and aircraft.
