Moronic statement. The existence of dams is not the "stealing" of water. Even the IWT itself speaks extensively of India utilising hydroelectric technology for its own benefit on rivers flowing into Pakistan.Chinese already have dams on indus, are not u stealing the pakistani water as per pakistani logic
Nobody ever had a problem with Indian dams per se. It is violation of a treaty that is the problem.
