Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

You were not involved in planning the attack but still used HZ to expand the war theatre and then used Houthis to enforce blockade in BaM?
When you look at the whole picture, it is clear that Iran was the main lead of this whole season and they had everything planned in advance.
Hezbollah was going to get attacked anyway. If you checked Israeli, Lebanese and even Palestinian analysts at the time, everybody talked about Israel attacking Lebanon in March/April right after October 7th. It was so certain that they even had narrowed down the time of the attack to early spring.

The facts that the Israeli security apparatus did not stop October 7th and the Israeli army let it continue for 3-4 days before responding are very suspicious on their own.

Disingenuous to claim that. Especially after Iran did the exact same thing in the Strait a few days before. The Saudis did not instigate any war at the behest of anyone. They've shut up and taken repeated Iranian hits without responding for a reason, surprisingly wisely and against their usual self. The decision to send the aircraft to Yemen in defiance to a stated embargo, legal or not, was the instigation. The Saudis reverting back to their foolishness, wholly unsurprisingly, responded by dropping bombs. The Houthis in their infinite wisdom then decided to escalate it exponentially. The Iraqi militias feeling left out, jumped in as well. Now that the genie is out, good luck to all the geniuses involved in this.

All that because violence is 'normalized' in the Middle East. Add to your list, the Israeli folly of attacking Qatar, which was a strategic blunder.

I always have to go to Al Jazeera it seems like this sounds a bit different not no one off drone or a couple could be something a bit more menacing will see but I always like to imagine these guys overrunning bases full of idf soldiers(bet there’s quite a few idf and Mossad in those American bases)

Iran rightly draws criticism for her strategy and tactics and probably also her poor sense of geopolitical timing, but to summarily blame Iran for this conflagration is not based in reality.

Nobody should blame Iran exclusively for the latest flare up but now even the most pro Iran Pakistani analysts are cautiously saying that Iran should exercise more discretion than it has shown. The Strait is Iran's unless there is a 'regime change' and so firing lethal weaponry onto those cargo ships just as the Ayatollah funeral was going on was not the wisest move. No civilian ship captain would dare even some drones coming in threatening way; lethality was not needed.
Honestly, it seems like Iranian govt has been pushed to so much isolation, threats, and desperation for decades that their decisions are not rational at times. I posted a video a few hours ago of Pakistan's Dr. Shazia Cheema in which, she, like the great Pakistani former diplomat Khursheed Kasuri, are carefully saying that Iran should be more careful and calculating. Ms. Cheema even brought up how the Iranian officials not so subtly humiliated the (uninvited) Saudi delegation to the Ayatollah funeral by reciting Quranic verses meant to humiliate the visitors. That was uncalled for!

Do you think israel needs Egypt to go to war against iran ? they don't need us, they have the best equipments and better trained personals than us.

the ones who want us to go in war against iran is either UAE or Saudis and I doubt it was Saudis because they also use our ports to transfer their oil after houthis' blockade in bab el-mandab. so its probably UAE , still not sure.
I think they need anyone to do dirty job.

Anyone except them is ok.

Resistance is over in Gaza.. peace prevails now hopefully. Israil has achieved massively since Oct 24.. Finished Hezbullah leadership and threat, Finished Hamas and Gaza, Hostile GOvt in Syia gone, Friendly Govt is put there and more land everyday from them.. Borders saved, arch enemy Iran's leadership killed, nuclear sites bombed and delivered heavy blows...

Israil has been the clear winner in terms of strategic gains it achieved in less than two years, what did Oct 7 achieved?

Mighty coalition established to clear SoH and Red Sea.

This means I can now create the much anticipated AL-Dalit Beace Force (ADBF) of my own led by the famous Sandhu Singh right here and take the maany no?

Tens of thousands would volunteer for just $100 per day. :p

If Erik Prince can do it, then so can I.

Nothing clear yet. Israel needs to pull out and Hamas disarms. Pulling out while being accused of genocide by international community and turning all its neighbours into enemies. It would be more sort of a stalemate amid a tactical genocide/destruction of Gaza. Israel is the most hated country in the world and its reputation is declining fast, that's why the beast is panicking and throwing the region into war. Trump was and is their LAST and BEST chance.

Israel yesterday killed multiple children in Gaza and I don't see them accepting pulling out of Gaza while their already bad reputation is destroyed in the world.

I don't think Iran or any other external entity was involved in planning the Oct. 7. 2023 Gaza attack into Israel. The Israelis have certainly the best intelligence about the Middle East, which I'd say go from Morocco into Pakistan and even into southern Europe. And I don't believe that Netanyahu intentionally allowed the Oct. 7 attack. On the contrary, from what I can tell, the Gazans had created a close loop network of communication, killed all the spies, deceived the Israelis in a masterful way and launched the attack.

And I also think that by late 2024, Israel was nearing bringing down to its knees economically, socially and even militarily. But then Trump was elected, Turkey helped topple Assad, and Hezbollah was greatly damaged. Israelis should never stop thanking their great fortune that Trump was elected in Nov. 2024 because that sealed the fate of the Gaza uprising and its consequent events!

All Correct, Israel won HUGE.

Nothing, you had a militant Sunni group in Gaza who thought just because they can fire 5000 rockets a week at Israel that means they are ready to do a massive pointless Pearl Harbor esque attack.

For what reason? Who knows in the end. Hamas had never been stronger prior to its suicide mission. All thanks to aid from the AoR. Why did they end up throwing all that influence and power away to give Israel a blank check to commit genocide?

Hamas had to be the most idiotic organization on Earth. But it’s not suprising, whenever a Sunni country/group/etc has fought Israel they have lost in embarrassing fashion and ended up worse off then if they did nothing. Add Hamas to that list.

The only issue is that idiotic alliance with Hamas took Iran, HZ, Assad, and Houthis down with those morons like Sinwar. That is why I have ALWAYS been against Iran’s policy of arming any Sunni militant groups. They simply do not think pragmatically and in the end are a liability more than asset.

You can thank Solemani, Nasrallah, and Khamenai for re-establishing ties with Hamas after they backstabbed the Axis by siding with terrorist groups in Syria after Assad had given the group so much support for years.

Egypt denies reports Iran involved in Damietta port attack

Egypt’s information minister has denied a report by The Wall Street Journal that claimed the Egyptian government believes Iran was behind the drone attack on two ships in Damietta Port yesterday.

Drone strikes ignited fires on two natural gas vessels at the Egyptian port, according to UK maritime security firm Ambrey. The Egyptian government confirmed that the attack was carried out by drone.
