Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

If it’s true Israel build a model of Kahuta in the Negev, then it is only a matter of time before once Iran is taken down it would be Pakistan’s turn, as Netanyahu himself spelled out clearly. Therefore, Pakistan should be interested in the Iranian regime’s survival; Iran is Pakistan’s buffer from the evil eye of Israel. Pakistan should lobby China to intervene, IMHO, as I have spelled out in earlier posts.

Why are Pakistanis so defeatist by nature? I have been hearing it since childhood India will attack us or Israel will attack us or US will grab our nukes. Is this a joke or is Pak military full of duffers? have some confidence and faith, we will fight if someone tries doing that. There are going to be very serious repercussions of anyone attacking Pakistan, India tried it and found out, Israel is just 72 hours job for Pakistan.

US has been unusually kind on Pakistan for last few months, I wonder what was that investment of goodwill for? But about the Iran action, Pakistan will obv say no, but thats not what US is used to hear. So in the end I see 2 possibilities.
  1. Pakistan says clear no and US starts using India again to press us.
  2. Pakistan obliges to help US but only overtly and in media keep giving fake narrative of supporting Iran. And if you see for the last week, Pakistan has been unusually pro-Iran, yes Pakistan-Iran are good friends but still there are some gaps, and definitely their is a very tiny minority in Pakistan who are happy Israel is striking Iranians.
The USA has bases around the Middle East. USA can strike Iran without even entering our airspace. Since Afghanistan and Iran's situations are different, could you perhaps explain why the United States needs Pakistan at all?

In America, everyone now thinks Israel is a massive US liability and burden on US taxpayers.
Plus, West is holding billions of the Iranian government's money in their banks and not releasing.

I was going through this thread - no one mentioned this:

Research labs 'completely burnt down' by Iranian strike

An Iranian missile strike "completely burnt down" laboratories at a research university in Israel, according to employees.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited the Weizmann Institute of Science, in Rehovot, today after it was hit on Sunday, according to Israeli media.

Among its work, the institution collaborated with Israeli military and defence companies.

Better to be over prepared than take a chance. Remember what Sun Tzu said; win before fighting, aka be over prepared.

P.s. you also want to win fast to get in a new status quo. So in my scenario of Chinese intervention, playing on 70% of the American public being against the war, the Chinese presence could be paired with a well calibrated new military posture, creating the danger of humiliating Trump, forcing him to want to end while he was ahead.

Because they know Pakistan has the capacity to respond if Israel uses nukes on Iran or nuclear fall out reaches Pakistan from destroyed Iranian nuclear sites. Asim Munir should not have gone to the US siting security situation in Pakistan.

I can only sssume they’re running out of targets to strike thinking by now if not before all of this most everything has been moved underground also assuming that Iran also the ability to produce missiles underground if Hezbollah and Yemen both had or have that ability I’m assuming the Iranians taught them

US backed down on intervention. Seems some of Trump administration don't want this war and are instead deploying assets to limit damage on Israel.

But then let's see if they climb down from tree with unrealistic demands of surrendering nuclear program.

I agree Munir should have stayed back but this was likely too big of an opportunity to pass up from rent-seeking elite in Pakistan.
