I don't think so. Pakistan just wants to do trade with Afghanistan but they want our land instead.

There's a good chance that Netanyahu will fall after this war.
Today's attacks against Israel were scarily powerful to an unprecedented scale. If Israel accepts the ceasefire after this, it will be over for him. Israelis will blame him for this war and he may very well be impeached and then thrown into jail.

Who knows? Iran might've achieved "regime change" in Israel after all. What a turn of events.

How long does it take to build one of Irans latest ( IR-6 ) centrifuges ? 20-30k were in those locations that were bombed. How much of an effort is it to build them new for just 1 unit? I am curious. Has anyone followed this closely enough to know?

Depends on several factors.

An industrial scale enrichment facility like Natanz, which house thousands of centrifuges, can take 3 to 5 years to become functional/operational, and ~5 more years to reach industrial capacity. But this is starting from the scratch. If critical parts of the enrichment facilities are still intact it probably wouldn't take too long, but could still be years - 2 to 3 years. Cascade of centrifuges is not a simple thing to design and manufacture. Centrifuges are sensitive - a smallest mistake or miscalculation in single centrifuge could knockout the entire cascade, which has happened in Iran before.

Then there is issue of slow and painstaking enrichment process and U-235 extraction. Uranium is turned into uranium hexafluoride gas and centrifuges are used to separate U-235 (required) and U-238. Each centrifuge provides only a fraction of U-235, which is further enriched depending on its purpose. In the end, timing of all things depends on the quality and efficiency of the centrifuges and the size of the cascade.

Another key question is if the procurement network is still intact, and if it is, how quickly it can deliver. If Iran intends on developing nukes its priority would not be to produce new Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) but to further enrich that speculated 400kg of HEU from 60% to 90%, which is the bomb grade fissile material. Taking Hiroshima as the benchmark 400kg could produce 4 to 5 nuclear warheads of 15 kilotons of TNT yield. But given that major facilities have been struck, it will take quite a time for Iran to do that.
