Probably, if Geran-2 lacks image processing capabilities, then that is plausible. When your manufacturing capability is limited to 350nm, you're still stuck in 1995.
I highly doubt that Russia can build a Geran-2 drone with image processing capabilities using 350nm technology. Even Shahed-136 produced by Iran uses NVIDIA Jetson.

Even the first generation of NVIDIA Jetson used 28nm lithography, introduced in 2014. That's probably still not enough for infrared image processing that Shahed allegedly uses.

U.S has developed guidance system for the Hydra rockets that can intercept drones for a fraction of the cost of AIM-9X. An aircraft can be loaded with multiple pods meaning a few aircraft can intercept a large volume of drones for cheap!

The only good aspect of the ceasefire was that it stopped the killing of civilians. Otherwise, the enemy can resupply way faster than Iran can and is only using the ceasefire to rearm interceptors before they relaunch the war, they have openly said so.
Iran has been way too reluctant towards conflict and that has brought the war slowly to our own door. I don't think I've ever advocated for restraint. If we had hit back harder after Soleimani, the Damascus embassy attack, the first jew attack on Iran, things would likely be different now.

What good have the reformists done for Iran? Are sanctions gone? Do we still have the JCPOA? You did manage to unfilter WhatsApp which the jews used to target scientists, congratulations. Even now they advocated for diplomacy when the enemy said they used diplomacy as a ruse and are not interested in making a deal. They will demand our missiles so they can bomb and kill us like they do in Syria and Lebanon, and reformists would give those up if they could. The number of "Israelis" killed and locations hit in "Israel" is much higher than what the Netanyahu government has released. Censorship is in place to prevent the facts from being released, but hackers and others have gained access to the data.
