Something is fishy here....the building to the right was partly destroyed, but the buildings to the left and to the top seems to be intact....I have no clue, can a ballistic missile really cause such a weird damage?

This is exactly what I think too, but one possible explanation is that those two other buildings in the left and the north of the radome have been damaged too but because their roofs are intact, they do not appear damaged in the image.

This is modern warfare, not 19th century and older. Israel is limited/restrained by US, nothing else. But geopolitics aside, militarily speaking Iran is effectively defeated.
