Unfortunately IR will never leave the NPT. IR said if you attack us we will leave NPT, the bluff was called and we're still in the NPT. Then it was if you use snapback we will leave NPT, the bluff was called again and still we haven't left the NPT. Instead after the attack and snapback, IR gave more one sided concessions.
