How does Mr. Rayhani know that it was Kheibar Shekan missiles that were employed in this strike and how does he know what was specifically targeted to know that the missiles were off by 200 meters?

Now I am certain that you probably have ZERO understanding of Iranian power dynamics. MEK and Shahis are no longer relevant in Iranian politics. Not for last 25-30 years. They pay some retired US congressman to speak at their events sometimes (Bolton visiting MeK event e.g.) and naive people think oh they are active opposition. I already have mentioned why they are no longer relevant unless Iran gets invaded by NATO and these old clowns are put on Tehran throne by force which is absurd to even think. Post Khamenei's death IRI's own corrupt factions will clash for power. Search what media is reporting about Larijani vs Mokhber factions preparing for post Khamenei IRI. IRI itself is a corrupt decentralized system of illiterate power hungry groups, otherwise why do you think Iranian local socio-economic or military decision making is almost inexistant? The true opposition to IRI are people of Iran themselves who keep on protesting for dissapearing jobs, for falling currency, for social independance, for saving the country from being sacrificed in name of Palestine and every other Arab out there. Everytime there is a protest in Iran and thousands and thousands gather on street, are they all Israeli agents or just average Iranians unhappy with the system? If there will be change, it will come from within Iranian society from may be younger leaders or officers in IRGC, not parachuted Rajavis or Pahlavis. The protesting masses, the digruntled or disenchanted youth, younger leaders, office holders that see the system failing every single day. My own own assumption is that Khamenei's departure will result in slow decay of IRI system to complete change within 4-5 years.
When you get so much habitual of being humiliated at international levels that your Generals, scientists, political figures are being assasinated left and right, civilians are being murdered and leadership does nothing in return then your balls are cut to the level that words like "Nationalism" sound lofty to you.
See the problem with Khamenei/IRI cultists is that you are trained to worship individuals because it is easier. Countries progress because of their system not one man or one leader. US is superpower because of its socioeconomic success for a century that led to its global influence, which man is responsible for that can you name him or her? If today IRI has become a defenseless sanctioned hole with 1/10th of its true potential economy, its not just because of one person, its the system itself thats corrupt (Political appointments, Rich regime families living in west), dysfunctional (HC sector unexplored, defense branches going down), illogical (Iran tangled in Jew-Arab conflict). If it was fault of one person then I would be cheering for Khamenei's natural death in hopes that some new individual will fix things but it cant happen, the whole Islamo-Marxist system needs to be replaced because it was wrong from the beginning. It was designed by enemies of Iran to destroy a potential global great power (Communists backed by USSR+Islamists backed by West) and keep it out of the global strategic table. What has Revolution given Iran really ? Its economy is 1/10th of its potential despite having worlds 2nd largest HC reserves. Its Military is obsolete despite facing dangers from regional historical enemies of Iran from all sides. Its society is ruined in name of draconian laws. Millions of elites, talented people have already left Iran or are leaving every year. For a brief period in 2010s IRI saw mild success but that was short lived when system chickened out of responding to General Soleimani's illegal assasination. They could have ripped apart the NPT at that moment and go nuclear, IRGC controlled grounds from Yemen to Lebanon, it was not easy to tackle IRI but the dysfunctional system settled for meaningless missile response, allowing national deterence to be shattered. Result, today the same dysfunctional corrupt and humilation habitual system is asking for concenssions and bargains with enemy that has just killed 1000 Iranians, missiled the nuclear sites and cities.
If we go by your logic then answer me these questions:
(A) How come Shahi Iran at one point was worlds 12th largest economy while being allied with US, Israel? the sole power of middle east and central asia.
(B) How come US pressure liberated Russian stolen Iranian provinces (SSRs in NW) ?
(C) How come US armed Iran to teeth to worlds 4th largest AF and 5th largest military status. They were giving ToT's to Iran, expanding bases. Who can forget dark gene, atoms for peace program, project flower etc.
(D) How come even after revolution it was US and Israel that kept on supplying weapons to IRI when Russians and EU were arming Baathists to massacre Iranians?
(E) What would have happened to Tehran, Esfahan, Shiraz Tabriz etc had not Israel bombed Osirak Nuclear Reactor in coordination with IRIAF.
(F) Russia took Iranian provinces by force, refused to give them back. UK did same in east and south. Turkey caused femines in Iran that resulted in 10 million deaths, Arab League and EU funded Baathist military machine to massacre Iranians but Why IRI never even mentions them as enemies of Iran just like they keep on BSing about geographically irrelevant Israel and US?
