It comes down to this, if Israel does attack again, how prepared is Iran, and can it and will it continue military operations after Israel exhausts itself and asks for a ceasefire. If it can and does continue military operations, then yes - at that point it will move from being militarily weak to being militarily strong.

Iran was always viewed as the big wolf that you don't mess with, and Israel took away that image. Can Iran establish the military capability to be seen as a power you simply should not attack ?

The Israeli plan is to attack and destroy all ballistic missile sites and launchers, destroy all AD systems. After this is done then Iran will not be able to harm Israel in anyway and Israel will completely dominate Iran, they will then destroy military bases, tanks, navy, airforce etc. Iranian military will become weak like the Lebanese and Syrian one and then just maybe some rebellion can be started. Israel also has the option of making nuke threat (behind the scenes), this will keep Iran from using full force (if any). We have no idea if Iran has any nukes, chemical or biological warheads.
