Then they should receive money and equipment from the Iraqi government, not us.Hashd-al Shaabi (PMU) is allied with the Iraqi govt. Their decision relies on that of the Iraqi govt. Besides, US has been reportedly moving many ISIS fighters that they arrested to Iraq. If PMU joins the possible war between Iran and US-Israel, a civil war could be triggered in Iraq. So, it looks like they weighted all options and are following Iraqi govt's lead on this conflict.
Another disastrous mistake by the Ayatollahs. All those MRAPs sent to these useless groups could've been used to protect our soldiers in border patrols or other hostile areas.
