Iran must stop playing into a strategic trap by destabilizing the Gulf, torching regional oil fields only serves to isolate Tehran while leaving its primary adversary laughing in the corner.

But that is exactly what Iran itself has been trying to do as well, to tilt things in its own favor. It has already resulted in the fall of its proxies, leading to its isolation in the Gulf region.

What is happening now is the showdown that was inevitable considering that Iran continued its policies for decades, without any change in its single minded pursuit of defeating its primary adversary, at great cost to its own economy.

You already got a reply from @Master Chief about Pakistan. Pakistan is already fighting a proxy battle against zion. Not only that but Pakistan has been in a permanent direct or indirect conflict since its inception and remains the sole true military power. One that signed a defense pact with Saudis as replacement for what US offered the gulf monarchies and, who is, unable or unwilling to provide anymore owing to its commitment to zion.
Indonesia is out of the region, holds no real sway one way or the other in the region.
Egypt clipped its feathers and gets paid for standing behind zion. Turkiye remains the obvious next target of zion... economic, political and military for regional primacy once or if they feel past Iran.
Zion picks its victims one by one and each stays put... hoping if they stay put and keep their head down they wouldn't get mauled... until they do. So Turkiye will wait it out.
As to NATO... it is about to become a European club.
