Let’s not forget that tiny Serbia shot down US jets in 1999, using older Yugoslav AD systems.

Shooting down an A10 is easy, they are loud and slow, same with those helicopters and C-130s.

Important point is that with fast jets, the hits were most probably from mobile MRSAM potentially with IR guidance to avoid being targets of ARMs.

Iran needs to build up a large force of these mobile “shoot and scoot” MRSAM systems when the war is over. They probably already started the process before the war started.

good enough if its out of commission and operationally out of service.

nothing will change that fact whether it was a bird hit or friendly fire or technical fault.

Every person and their dog know that the only reason Trump wanted Ceasefire or Negotiations is to buy time, i don't know why you keep bringing Pakistan into this picture.

So it is highly likely that most of the attacks in iran are carried out from stand off range or drones…. Iran airspace is still contested

Ok. In that case, Iran just officially rejected the offer of talks with American officials in Islamabad.

we still see US bombers using stand off stealth JASSM cruise missiles

but these are expensive and they have used a very large number of them already, it's not sustainable
