If I’m Trump the Uranium operation is probably off the table after seeing how complex a pilot rescue operation can be. He would be tempting fate trying to avoid losses by staging another inside Iran land operation.

He didn’t even go to Mar Largo this weekend so he can sit in the situation room and make sure Iran didn’t get a pilot to parade on TV and humiliate him after he said Iran was 100% totally destroyed.

But knowing Trump, he will escalate in other ways. If he is set on a land operation the islands (Kharg or Qeshm) and costal defense seems to be a much more attractive option from a avoiding pilots getting caught deep behind enemy lines point of a view.

I think he could go for Kharg since it’s right near Kuwait air bases he used to stage this operation and it’s an island he has had a fascination with since the 1980s. He probably doesn’t even know what Qeshm island is or where.

Iran is doing a fine job at holding the US and Zios at bay and keeping the SoH closed. Do not lose focus and concentrate on achieving the bigger objectives.

Finding the pilot was difficult considering it was a remote region. But C130s landing and ex filtrating the pilot out, this is where Iran could have done better.

Or the Chinese and Russians should be giving live feeds to Iran if another situation arises. And ofcourse, some of these areas need to be littered with MANPAD squads to deny enemy movement with such freedom.

Like WHY did Iran spend billions over the decades to modernize the air fleet, to build new rockets, etc. There is 0 benefit in hiding the Air Force nonstop. Like seriously let them cause some headaches at least, even if they lose 2-5 airframes per week. Every single Airforce news we read in the last 2 decades was worthless if you can not utilize it now.

Same with the Navy. Ship here, ship there, we are so awesome. MOST SHIPS WERE LOST IN PORTS!!! I simply dont get it. If you don't have the guts to fight a war, don't spend our money in worhtless projects.
