Such an attack would use Iranian HIMARS or long range rocket salvos against it because it’s too narrow of a target to use a ballistic missile and would likely miss.

Iran has some ballistics artillery rockets that have GLONASS/GPS equipped and can hit pinpoint with short range <200KM.

But a 50kg drone warhead is gonna do nothing against a massive bridge pillar that is tens of meters thick of reinforced concrete.
