Agree - the relationship is built on personalities and that is always temporary. India has a much deeper relationship build on agreements, and treaties and for which even now, with the state of relationship, India is extracting far far far more from the USA than Pakistan can dream of. This is the problem when you politics is based on the cult of personality of who the Army Chief is, or who is the leader of some political chair swapping.
