Yeah, but never consider that Iran defeated US at military level. Iran won because it survived against CENTCOM. Even when the war hadn't started there are countless analysis on youtube where every sane person was saying that US will start a war which it can't win (Can't do regime change and Iran only have to survive to win the war). Iran won politically. They never meant that Iran will defeat United States militarily. Check below facts why Iran didn't and cannot win a war against United States at military / technological level.

United States:
- Not a single US city attacked.
- Not a single american citizen killed
- US put a blockade over Iran which Iran cannot open by force in any stretch of imagination while Trump is boasting that now oil tankers are coming to US to load up while Iran can't do any export at all.
- US Doing business / trade as usual, entire east coast & left coast open, all US cities, all air traffic, tourism, technology, everything going as usual while just one command of their military (Centcom) doing business over Iran.
- Iran can't kill anyone in US leadership in any stretch of imagination.

Iran.
- Universities destroyed, several factories destroyed.
- Thousands of Iranian citizens killed, cities bombed, infrastructure hit.
- Previous leadership killed, many generals / scientists killed.
- Three main Nuclear sites already mostly destroyed in last year by B-2s
- Iran can't export a thing without US navy approval.
- Oil infrastructure, kharg island, power plants and thousands of citizens are at mercy of US military superiority. Iran sure can retaliate but not from United States but from GCC only.

In the end, Iran did a great job by keeping the pressure and keep fighting and taking control of strait of hormuz (a strategic move) which US countered anyways by blocking exports of Iran. Iran has zero oil exports right now while KSA is still exporting via red sea and UAE still exporting via Furjairah. US is exporting all time high anyways. So I don't know how it can be beneficial for Iran. But let's see, the situation is far from over. It looks like US won't allow much concessions, the way they are grabbing war spoils (Iranian tanker).
 
I saw an interesting video a few days ago in which Pakistan's legendary (and very old) former Foreign Secretary Mr. Shamshad Ahmed Khan was interviewed. Shamshad is so old that he was even against Ayub Khan's rule of the 60s. He recalled that the Shah of Iran once asked Ayub Khan to not waste Pakistan's time on 'the useless Arabs' and just stay with Iran and Turkey. Ayub said it is in Pakistan's DNA to help every Muslim country and be neutral. That won Shamshad's respect.
In the same video, someone mentioned that it is in Article 40 of the Pakistani Constitution to bridge differences between the Muslim countries and to work to help the Latin American, the African and the Asian countries. (That is now called 'the Global South').
I have not verified the Article 40 info though but just sharing.

winners and losers are decided by achieveing goals. What US goals have been achieved? none as far as I can see. In fact they got additional straits issue. Iran's goal is survival whch they are doing

Exactly. I mentioned the same in my post. I just said that Iran won by denying US its objectives. It didn't won militarily from US. US did a war of choice while it was war of survival for Iran. Iran did well

The Americans probably know this, but the market doesn’t so they’re getting erratic.

Trump’s getting a taste of his own medicine. Now watch the 2 sides come to the table on a working group level.

The Americans need to let go of the blockade and the Iranians loosen its grip on SoH.

I always thought that the bullet in July 2024 would destroy America. That bullet will make Trump believe that he is the chosen one by God, and he will make decisions based on his intuition time and time again, ultimately leading to the situation of the Iran War.

I think confrontation secures Iran oil profits, drains adversaries, silences internal opposition, and thrives on regional disorder, while expanding its power and weakening US allies. At least in short run...
