Iran.
- Universities destroyed, several factories destroyed.
- Thousands of Iranian citizens killed, cities bombed, infrastructure hit.
- Previous leadership killed, many generals / scientists killed.
- Three main Nuclear sites already mostly destroyed in last year by B-2s
- Iran can't export a thing without US navy approval.
- Oil infrastructure, kharg island, power plants and thousands of citizens are at mercy of US military superiority. Iran sure can retaliate but not from United States but from GCC only.

In the end, Iran did a great job by keeping the pressure and keep fighting and taking control of strait of hormuz (a strategic move) which US countered anyways by blocking exports of Iran. Iran has zero oil exports right now while KSA is still exporting via red sea and UAE still exporting via Furjairah. US is exporting all time high anyways. So I don't know how it can be beneficial for Iran. But let's see, the situation is far from over. It looks like US won't allow much concessions, the way they are grabbing war spoils (Iranian tanker).

All 19 US military bases in the GCC demolished by Iran. Quite possibly hundreds of US soldiers and mercenaries killed or injured. GCC punk’d and could not retaliate in any semblance of manner. Basically when the US bases were demolished and US forces/ soldiers evacuated the game was over! Israel hasn’t been decisive in its attacks and inconsequential.

With Hormuz closed all them US toady are at Iranian mercy.

Iran can do this all day long for long time…….its very expensive for the US to pull this for long.

So, let's say that Iran's oil profits increase by 20% at most. So, it increases Iran's income by about $6-$8 billion. Iran's damage from the war is estimated at $200 billion.
How is Iran benefitting from the war?
 
What was the purpose of opening the Strait and plunging oil prices other than undermining armed forces' strategy? These talks are shameful. Qalibaf, Pezeshkian and Araghchi look more like Delcy by the day. These reformists are the same people that signed the JCPOA. Why are they allowed to negotiate again?
