UAE with its airforce, have better capabilities to destroy Iranian targets with far greater precision and destructive power than Iran can with its missiles. So, UAE may well decide to try and respond, but UAE's problem is the ability to absorb this kind of pain, limited that it is.

The original report was based on an IRIB presenter hypothesising that Iran was attacked by UAE. There was no confirmation by Iran of a UAE attack as far as I'm aware (unless I'm missing something).
