Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Without air support and cover of their "underground bases" how do you imagine the Iranian military will even survive ?

Air power is the most critical element in invasion. Your fantasies are that Iran without airforce and cover of their underground bases will just march into Saudi territory and keep invading bahrain, and so on... LOL!

You have spent enough time in defense forum, learn a thing or two atleast.
A lot of people here seem to operate like this is a video game. They don't live in reality of the real world and real world consequences.

hahaha....... look my side is only the countries which I hold passport of. Don't even think that I am trying to take anyone's else side. But I am always realistic. I never go with bias. I go with facts only.

Geopolitics, defense studies, mapping is kinda indirectly related with my field. I have 2 decades of experience in such. You need to calm your nerves and tell me how on earth Iran can invade or "take back" anything at all without air support. The troops movements / armored thrust via land or sea would be total destruction. Iran is not stupid as you guys think they are. Iran fights only on its strengths. Iran has IMMENSE strength in missiles but it has ZERO strength in invasion that requires whole lot of different capabilities regarding logistics, troop mobilization / transportation and above all air dominance + close air support.

There is a reason why Iran has built all those fortified underground bases. They cannot practically march into enemy territories in open without any sort of air cover. Be realistic and think and analyse with calm mindset.
I Know Iran is not going to invade any one, I was just responding to the thesis that UAEAF will stop the hypothetical invasion of Iran.

War has changed a lot in last two decades. Brits ruled half of the world with out airforce so as many empires in past, but thats the ancient history. Miserable failures of US in Afg, Vietnam, Iraq and Ukrainan quagmire for Russia is evidence of it. Now we have AI controlled Drones hunting down whatever humans fighting 1 on 1 in battlefield.

The GCC is defenseless
Saudi Arabia isn't defenseless. It's a serious adversary.
Bahrain and Kuwait are defenseless though, but invading them requires more than just missiles.

The Emirates can defend itself militarily, but it will collapse internally very fast.
Emirati cities won't last even a year without its foreign workers. Once shit hits the fan, it will go down really fast.

It seems like two ships did get through via some means, unclear how, but then a SK ship got hit and no movement through after that. Overall seems like the declaration of Operation Freedom whatever isn't quite in place for now, due to still existent threats in the area.

Americans are morons. “This will backfire on them”.

Having no Navy ships doesn’t mean Iran cant sink US Ships. Just look at Ukraine with no navy destroyed Russians Black Sea fleet.

the full statement blames the US for its recent provocations, implying Iran had to respond to those provocations. but it is indeed a very unclear statement.

UAE says defences engaged 15 Iranian missiles and four drones on Monday

BBC

The United Arab Emirates has published a summary of its defence actions today.

The Ministry of Defense says its air defence systems have engaged "12 ballistic missiles, 3 cruise missiles, and 4 UAVs launched from Iran, resulting in 3 moderate injuries".

This follows several reports of attacks in the UAE earlier today, including a reported drone strike in Fujairah, where three Indian nationals are said to be injured.

The ministry says this brings the total number of people injured in the country since the start of the conflict to 227, with three killed.

Iranian state TV has quoted an unnamed "senior military official" saying that "Iran has had no plans to target the UAE". No officials have responded further.
