Neither Iran nor USA can say this until the final solution is agreed upon, and even then it is likely both sides will have partial success in pursuit of their own respective national interests.

Even having a nuclear weapon is more of a burden than a perk. Let us assume Iran makes a nuclear weapon. What can they do with it? Nuclear armed nations mainly fight each other in other arenas, mainly economic, or by proxies. How is Iran faring there? Having a nuclear weapon would not change much on in those aspects any more than recent history.
