Isn't it obvious? Because Iran is not a nuclear state.A very potent step, if it were indeed done. I wonder why not already, though?
I wouldn't have played stupidly like the Ayatollahs of Iran. I would've never signed a surrender treaty like the JCPOA In the first place.
Iran had 13 tons of LEU and hundreds of kilograms HALEU in 2013. We handed it over for no good reason. Had Iran gone nuclear in 2013, we would've had over 50 tactical nukes by now, and a couple of good strategic nukes too. And we had already unlocked the plutonium path as well.
