These socalled protests definitely have an external hand to destabilise the country. The pressure on Irans economic partners is there to create a tipping point for chaos in Iran.

Israel likely has agents and teams on the ground, the US and Israel main objectives IMO will be to topple government by killing as many high ranking leaders as possible, destroy as many missile bases and infrastructure and do sanitary ops on nuclear infrastructure.

I feel the ground operations will take precedent to weaken Iran (Protests>sabotage>destruction of infrastructure>assassination), then will lead to Israeli airstrikes. Once Iraninuam defences are fully down trump will attack doing a large air assault.

Iran needs to warn the US an attack by Israel will be seen as an attack by the US and all US assets need targeting in the region. Iranian leaders its time to be brave, either defend your country and fight unchecked or die with chaos ensuing, this is what your enemy wants.

What security guarantees? We dont have imperialistic ambitions. Carving Sistan-Baluchistan out of Iran would be pumping steroids into the Balochistan insurgency. Our economy will not sustain it, the casualties won't be acceptable by us. So you can forget about it.

And unless Yanks put boots on ground in Iran, that scenario would not play out.

Delusions.

US could have full control of Iranian airspace in a week if it went all out.

There simply isn’t the necessary systems in place to build reliable kill zones against F-22, F-35, and B-2. Against hundreds of planes eventually any system would collapse. Plus you add in Iran has so much mountainous terrain that causes dead zones for radar and enemies can exploit.

Iran also has no modern Air Force to patrol the borders blocking incursion attempts or meeting enemy squadrons over the Persian Gulf.

Again, you can’t expect much out of a country that spends $25B/year on military vs the strongest empire in modern history that spends $900B/year. The deterrence that prevented all this was Iran’s missile program and proxies would set the Middle East on fire and the Persian Gulf would be shut down, etc.

But it seems a lot of that deterrence was bluster and rhetoric. The missiles while deadly, required hundreds to be expended to break thru Western shields. The West used the war in Yemen and the hundreds of ballistic attacks the Houthis did to prepare against an eventual Iranian salvo.

Not sure what Iran’s plan is this time around.
