To launch a large-scale attack on a country, you need an entire army surrounding that country, aircraft carriers, etc., and there's none of that.
What can happen at some point is a media stunt, like a kidnapping or, as was the case with the "attack on nuclear power plants," which didn't release any radioactivity, it was a media stunt. Real war, total war, is fake and part of manipulative propaganda.
