Yes! They undoubtedly did.

But they could have done more.

If they weren’t ready to do more - they should have bid their time instead of giving the Zionists an excuse.

They should have followed the China strategy of patience - over Taiwan.

Trump wanna attack Iran for distraction, and hopefully to prolong the war like one in Russia/Ukraine, so he can re-elect amid the war emergency.

Russia also needs him to attack Iran, because if the US also stuck in the war like Russia, they would have to exchange Iran for Ukraine.

Because Khamenei preferred to prioritize Russia and Arab militias over Iran's national security.
Can,you share some more info to support this claim? This looks easy to say but we need more insights to agree with this odd allegation.
He wasted 35 years of Iran's resources on a nuclear program that eventually ended up bombed by the US.
Only for US to need to have to bomb it with its entire military on a 2nd try? And Mind you , Iran's leu and heu are still safe, plus iran needs a nuclear infrastructure to have secure nuclear technology amd resources- dont ignore Iran's actual practical nuclear needs.
There will be no gorilla warfare because first of all, the US is not planning to invade Iran on the ground
So how will US control things on the ground in Iran after bombing 💣 Iran for weeks? IRGC will take control of the ground and declare victory.
and secondly, Iranians will not unite in support of the current regime. If any sort of warfare takes place, it will be civil war.
Maybe
In fact, the US is most likely counting on a planned transition of power in Iran.
Yltransition from what to what exactly? Just like in Iraq and Afghanistan , the eventual leader of Iran wont be pro US.

Lets see, I've seen a lot of incompetence and negligence.

Ironically Iraq("Resistance country") has been used to attack Iran, more than any other country.
are we talking about Iraq under saddams control or anything relevant for the past 40 years that Iraqs territory was used to launch attacks on Iran

I'm talking about currently. The biggest militant group with the most amount of fighters and resources are the PJAK and other Kurdish militant groups, all are based out of Iraq and use Iraq to set up operations.

The Israelis and the US have a base in the KRG, and until recently in Al Asad airbase.

The largest amounts of infiltrations happen on the Iraqi border.

Iraqi airspace gets used to launch standoff missiles into Iran. Iraqi airspace gets used to launch drone attacks into Iran.

A "Pro Resistance" government failed to purchase air defense failed to purchase Fighter jets to guard its airspace, a "pro resistance" government has thus far failed to expel the US, A "pro resistance" government gave the US control over its airspace. Sulaimani was killed in Iran under "Pro Resistance" govt with a drone flying and hovering over Iraqi airspace.

Iran's security gaps are in Iraq and the failure of its partner to defend it or exercise any sort of sovereignty. The "Pro Resistance" government in 23 years has failed to build an army and air defense or air force even remotely comparable to what existed under Saddam.

When war comes, don't show any mercy. This is Ramadan, so all IRGC soldiers should feel happy and motivated to finally be able to wipe out IRI's most evil foreign enemies. Make sure the First Wave kills thousands of US soldiers and don't give them a chance to rest.

did you report any posts?

To be fair iraqs government isn’t part of the actual resistance are the Iraqi groups going to go to war over a small amount of troops in Iraq that aren’t threatening them sorry same could be said about a few hundred idf in Syria is Syrias army going to go to war to kick out a few hundred troops that have taken territory past the golan heights line I don’t think that’s happening any time soon.

Iran has way to many infiltration on its borders agree they should be doing a better job but ama expulsion be said about Pakistan Egypt Syria and yes even turkey from time to time.

Didn’t qatars own airspace get violated by Israel in an attack. Iraq is weak and much of north iraq is still controlled by Kurds who wouldn’t bat an eye if Iran is attacked since let’s assume most of those flights were flown from Syria through northern Iraq.

The tapes should be part of the "talks". The Omanis and Iranians should then release his meltdown or his negotiators begging Iranians not to release them. Iran should leverage the tapes with the excessive demands from Trump and his cronies

The Iranian hacking group should also search any tapes about Lindsey Graham.

BREAKING: President Trump just CALLED OUT Fake News about whether he will strike IranBottom line: NOBODY in the press knows what Trump will do, and when, ahead of time. PERIOD."Numerous stories from the Fake News Media have been circulating stating that General Daniel Caine, sometimes referred to as Razin, is against us going to War with Iran.""The story does not attribute this vast wealth of knowledge to anyone, and is 100% incorrect. General Caine, like all of us, would like not to see War but, if a decision is made on going against Iran at a Military level, it is his opinion that it will be something easily won.""He knows Iran well in that he was in charge of Midnight Hammer, the attack on the Iranian Nuclear Development. It is a Development no longer, but rather, was blown to smithereens by our Great B-2 Bombers. Razin Caine is a Great Fighter, and represents the Most Powerful Military anywhere in the World.""He has not spoken of not doing Iran, or even the fake limited strikes that I have been reading about, he only knows one thing, how to WIN and, if he is told to do so, he will be leading the pack.""Everything that has been written about a potential War with Iran has been written incorrectly, and purposefully so.""I am the one that makes the decision, I would rather have a Deal than not but, if we don’t make a Deal, it will be a very bad day for that Country and, very sadly, its people, because they are great and wonderful, and something like this should never have happened to them."

As far as I know, the U.S. has several times prevented the Iraqis from purchasing an air defense system. They threatened sanctions against Iraq when they wanted to purchase the Russian S-300 and S-400. They refused to sell Patriot or THAAD. They also threatened sanctions against Iraq for trying to purchase Chinese systems.

Last I read was that the Iraqis were finally allowed to purchase an air defense system...from South Korea. Sources:

Iraq leans on Korea in arms shift from U.S., Russia.

Could Iraq's new South Korean air defences become a target for Israel?

Relevance to the topic: According to the Iraqi Min of Def, the system should be delivered by Q1 2026, and possibly fully integrated by Q2 2026. This is directly relevant to possible Israeli campaign against Iran.

From the article:
Iraq expects to receive the medium-range KM-SAM air defence missile systems it ordered from South Korea by early 2026. At the same time, Baghdad has asserted it won’t allow Israel to use Iraqi airspace to bomb Iran again.

Iraq’s military announced in September that it would introduce the KM-SAM into service early next year. That acquisition will mark a substantial upgrade of Iraq’s existing short and medium-range American-made AN/TWQ-1 Avenger and Russian-made Pantsir-S1 systems.

Shortly after that announcement, Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji declared that Baghdad would ensure Israel doesn’t use Iraqi airspace in another air war against Iran.

Israeli warplanes repeatedly passed through Iraqi airspace during the June 12-day war. On 20 June, Iraq complained to the UN that 50 Israeli jets had violated its airspace earlier that day.

If another Israel-Iran war breaks out after Iraq acquires KM-SAMs, Baghdad would theoretically have a much greater capability against Israeli aircraft operating in Iraqi airspace.

Also from the same article:
“Iran has spared Iraq from the conflict with Israel, as Iraq’s oil-dependent economy is currently the only sanctions-free source of funds and trade for Tehran,” he said. “The protection of this precious but vulnerable economic infrastructure in Iraq is at the forefront of Iran’s policy to avoid a conflict with Israel.”

With or without Baghdad’s approval, PMF militias could easily be ordered to join the Houthis, Hezbollah, and the IRGC, and the Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani could do virtually nothing to stop it, according to Sagnic.

This policy is “best reflected” in the recent release of Elizabeth Tsurkov, the Israeli hostage held by the Iran-backed Kataib Hezbollah in Iraq.

“In short, the central Iraqi government would undoubtedly want to avoid a conflict with Israel,” he said. “But the decision to do so was made in Tehran, not Baghdad.”

The question is: What would prevent the Israelis from striking them or knocking them out?
