This is really bad for Qatar, Saudi and UAE.

For last 10 years they have all made massive pushes to diversify from hydrocarbons into tourism, finance and services.

All the infrastructure investments, F1 and boxing tournaments, new airlines and hotels. Massive investments in marketing and infra to make an alternate economy attractive to westerners.

All of that work no shattered by a few Iranian missiles.

This will have a much bigger impact in the long term then just a few bases being hit.

It is kind of their fault for hosting bases that are now being actively used to attack Iran. AEW&C, Refuellers are active combatants in hostile military actions for attacks against Iran and we have seen them operate from these countries.
