Why do you think Kim Jung Un hasn’t been bombed in his compound? You don’t think that 24 F-22’s could fly into North Korea and take him out in the middle of the night or even in day light?

North Korea's 'nukes' are the massive conventional firepower short distance from Seoul. Iran's 'nukes' were the militias like Hezbollah with supposedly 150,000+ rockets/missiles a short distance from Israel. I don't put much faith in NK's nukes to reach America nor I put much faith in Iran to have developed nuclear offensive capability like Pakistan/India/Israel have because Iranians were wishy-washy and a day too late, a dollar too short.
There is an unmistakable connection between Iran losing its militias by early 2025 and Iran finally frontally attacked in June 2025 and now. Israel/America never dared such frontal attacks before the fall of the militias.

But with a surrender to Trump, it's hard to see what incentive Iran will have to get militarily stronger. It's sole enemy will be its master.

That's why Iran is really left with no choice but to keep fighting to the end. They were left with no escape route. Their backs are to the wall.

Iran did not put effort? Palestinians didn’t put effort? The Lebanese?

Iran put in a brave effort but it was always a losing battle. After June 2025, one would have thought Iran learned a lesson and purged moles in its establishment but that doesn’t seem to be the case. You can’t win a war or even fight adequately when your political, military and intelligence apparatus is infiltrated and compromised.

Actually, given the above reality, it’s incredible how Iran is still in the ring and fighting.

Iran must not give up. It is tragic that its top leaders are dead but it is has MANY MORE LEADERS who can step UP and fill in the shoes. US/Israel hope that with the killing of senior leaders, there will be mutiny within the armed forces.

Missiles are not the answer. Yes they are great at causing chaos and wasting interceptors, but how many soldiers did Iran kill? How many ships did it sink? What about straight of Hormuz?

Missiles are great and have their place, but realistically relying on them to destroy your enemy is not realistic.

Also you forget it is the dawn of AI. Within 10 years, AI will likely reach super intelligence. Which means Americans/Chinese models will be able to tell you how to build a jet engine, hypersonic scram jet, robotics, etc. Knowledge will be everywhere and accessible by all instead of hoarded by top nations.

So like I said, don’t just assume Iran can never come back. Eventually the U.S. empire will decay under its own weight and not be able to support such a massive military foot print forever. Could happen in 10 years or 100 years. But all Empires have their end. I think the U.S. isn’t that far away on that scale.

But I believe Iran may already have nuclear weapons but will reveal it at a dramatic timing later.

The timeline I see is :

1. Iran sinks a US Carrier

2. Like some say, US will use this as an excuse to launch a Tactical Nuke on an IRGC military target

3. Culminating in Iran making a Nuclear Test later, and declaring it is now a Nuclear Weapons State. Urge USA and all to accept Iranian enrichment and Ballistic Missiles or else Nuclear Escalation is an option.

To win this war, Iran needs to force the enemies to accept Iran's rights or suffer devastation in war if they still insist on making Iran capitulate, so Iran needs this NUKE scenario to make Satanyahu and Trump fold.

If they had the bomb then what are they waiting for, their army is being dismantled, leadership assassinated.

I don't think you're correctly following the discussion me and @Immortals are having. Trump is already talking about diplomacy being easier and Iran's missile attacks are dwindling. So a surrender could happen soon. I don't have a clue what you're talking about.
