Main problem is internal division. I would venture to guess a significant minority of the population hates the Ayatollahs and a representative portion of those manage to rise to the top echelon of the elected government / congress / military. You also have deeply planted Israeli turncoats in the IRGC + crumbling economy making bribery insanely cheap. To be fair, I don't think the current system has lost majority support (otherwise the country would have crumbled a long time ago under sustained western pressure). There are just too many weak links for the Israelis and Americans to exploit and Iran cannot single-mindedly deploy an effective national defense strategy to counter the US / Israeli threat because of all its internal friction.

We have no way of Reaching Israel and neither do they have an (operational) way of reaching Pakistan (at least in a one-on-one fight).

This is what I keep reminding people whenever they complain about Pakistan not helping Palestinians. We can do nothing unless we invade 3 countries at least, to try to get close to them.

You haven't kept up with Pakistan's missile development and stock piles of Missiles. You should have joined PDF long time ago and you would have seen the evolution.
