They do but some are more vested than others. Russia is certainly more vested in Israel than it is in Iran. Contrary to some wishful thinking, there is no Russian assistance coming Iran's way in this war of survival specially when Putin is beholden to the Jewish lobby within his own country (including the powerful oligarchs many of whom are rabid zionists).

China may do more in support of Iran (at least they are being more vocal at the UNSC) because their interests in Iran outweigh those in Israel currently (that could also change in the future).
