They do but some are more vested than others. Russia is certainly more vested in Israel than it is in Iran. Contrary to some wishful thinking, there is no Russian assistance coming Iran's way in this war of survival specially when Putin is beholden to the Jewish lobby within his own country (including the powerful oligarchs many of whom are rabid zionists).

China may do more in support of Iran (at least they are being more vocal at the UNSC) because their interests in Iran outweigh those in Israel (that could also change in the future).

Iran's geopolitical strategy over the past several decades has left it with no real allies in its time of trouble, and we are seeing the consequences of its policies currently.

Everyone is already thinking ahead to the post-war scenario to position themselves in the best possible manner.
