Not if you're under sanctions, and you don't have any money left.
Infrastructure built over decades and centuries can't be rebuilt over a few years. Here we're talking about the destruction of the entire nation.
Look at the Iranian Air Force and the Iranian Navy. They only declined since the 1980s and couldn't be efficiently rebuilt. This was due to economic and external factors.
This is why I strongly believe that if you can't guarantee a total victory over your adversary, then avoid war at all costs, especially if you have a large population and a large landmass.

Right.
But in this case, either there was going to be a war as happening right now or after Israel would have taken away Iran's missiles as part of some 'negotiation'. Israel's goal is to fragment Iran--not regime change. You barely see the Western press even talking about any alternate leadership in Iran. Even the Crown Prince Reza is not considered.
Iran faces fragmentation if it loses this war.
